Flu Brain Two

Another silly little illness has kept me on the couch, drinking hot chicken soup, enraptured by the daytimeTV dreck.  I'm looking at my computer clock....better keep this short Nate Berkus comes on at 10:00; and that one hour TVcommercial a.k.a. O. favourite things will be on at 4:00 - so it looks like my day's half planned.  In between managed to squeak out some feature sheets & start to prepare for a mass mailing next week.

My earlier attempts at a blog posting were very sad - managed to erase the HTML that connected me with the internet and hence was unable to either save or post.  Good job I'm not driving a car or a vacuum - the results could be life-threatening.

In honour of my brain that feels like mush, I'm posting my favourite seed pods from Clematis tangutica - so fuzzy-wuzzy and ever so representative of my life, my slippers, my bathrobe, and my half-witted thought process.

I love their seedheads, too. I was disappointed to learn that one of the hybrids I had had beautiful, but sterile seeds! Phooey~I had great plans for those beauties! I hope you're feeling better and on your way to a full recovery and clear brain! gail
